Dr. Ashutosh.
A physician, yoga teacher and lifelong student of the relationship between traditional yogic knowledge and modern health.
He personally leads the residential training, bringing together Hatha Yoga, Raja Yoga, Ayurveda, applied anatomy and classical Sanskrit sources—with a focus on the preventive and restorative dimensions of practice.
